The Multicultural Association of Canberra (MAC) recently hosted a mental health workshop in Batemans Bay, aimed at promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues within the local community.
The workshop was well attended by people from different cultural backgrounds, who were interested in learning more about the practice of yoga and its potential benefits for mental well-being.
The event was a great success, and attendees left feeling inspired to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. The Multicultural Association of Canberra plans to organise more events like this in the future, promoting the importance of mental health and well-being across all cultures and communities.
