The collaboration between MAC and GOPIO for the yoga session at Shantiniketan Hall exemplified the spirit of unity and cultural harmony. International Yoga Day provided a platform to celebrate the practice that brings people together regardless of their differences. Through this event, the participants not only experienced the physical and mental benefits of yoga but also celebrated the beauty of diversity. Such initiatives continue to inspire communities to embrace holistic well-being and foster a sense of togetherness.
The facilitators and MC Aradhna were commended for their excellent work in organizing and conducting the yoga session. Special thanks were extended to Lalita and Uma ji for their invaluable assistance, as well as to all the dedicated volunteers who generously contributed their time and effort.
