What an inspiring day! The Labor Club in Belconnen was filled with energy and learning as the Multicultural Association of Canberra (MAC) and GOPIO hosted a vital workshop on fall prevention for our senior community.
Our seniors learned invaluable strategies to prevent falls and maintain mobility through targeted diet and exercise advice. The workshop was both informative and empowering!
