New Seniors group by MAC in Chifley

MAC initiated another seniors group at Chifley on 71, Maclauren crescent every Friday. This is for seniors over 65 and we had a huge response. It is conducted every Friday at 11am for activities like Zumba and other informative sessions.

Social meet and greet at Forde Community

The senior group met at Forde Community Centre on Feb 11th 2021, for a social meet and greet. This was followed by light exercises and bowling. Thanks Bharat International for preparing yummy lunch. Continuing with MAC and GOPIO mission of serving the disadvantaged communities, we are donating non-perishables each fortnight to Blue Door men’s shelter like clothing, toiletries, blankets, etc. If interested to contribute, please email Presidentmac.canberra@gmail.com.
