Launch of MAC

MAC was launched to the community on 20th December 2020 as we collaborated with GOPIO to deliver a workshop on mental health awareness. This event was held on 20th December 2020 and included a meet and greet, address by the president of MAC Nishi Puri and Counsellor of High Commission of India Mr. Rana. MLA Nicole Lawder joined in later as she had another appointment. It was the first event of MAC in collaboration with GOPIO post-Covid and it was overwhelming to see such a huge attendance. It was a great opportunity for the community to interact with each other and also participate in the mental Health workshop conducted by Dr. Deepa Shingal. People shared their stories of how they survived the Covid lockdown days.MAC invites all communities in Canberra to join in their events and fundraising projects
